Adding to Your Order – No Minimum Order Fee
Wholesale Supplies Plus understands that it is easy to place an order and quickly realize that another item(s) need to be ordered.
Therefore, when we are currently processing a customer’s order we are pleased to offer them the ability to “add to an order” …..avoiding our $30 minimum order requirement on the second order!
Program Details:
When the “add on order” is LESS THAN $30:

Log into your online account and verify that your order is in “pending payment” or “processing”. |
| 2. |
Please note that once an order is in our “warehouse” it cannot have an “add on order” or combined with an earlier order. |
| 3. |
Telephone and speak with a customer service agent indicating your desire to “add to an order”. Customer service may be reached at 1-800-359-0944. Please note that “add on orders” cannot be processed via email. |
| 4. |
Place your “add on order” and our customer service agent will waive the $30 company minimum order fee. |
| 5. |
Both of your orders will then ship together at the date your first order is scheduled to ship. |
When the “add on order” is MORE THAN $30:
| 1. |
Log into your online account and verify that your order is in “pending payment” or “processing”. |
| 2. |
Please note that once an order is in our “warehouse” it cannot have an “add on order” or combined with an earlier order. |
| 3. |
Place and pay for your “add to” order online or by telephone and it will be automatically combined with your first order. |
| 4. |
Both of your orders will then ship together at the date your first order is scheduled to ship. |
Special Notices:
If the first order has a handling fee to reach the company minimum order of $30, this handling fee may not be refunded when the “add on” order is placed.
All “add on” order are treated as independent orders and do not qualify for combined discounts or promotions.
