Where are you located... can I pick up orders?
Yes. You can pick up orders from our warehouse (View
Address). Please remember, we do not have a retail store, so you must
place your order ahead of time. We're about 10 miles south of Cleveland, Ohio
and easily accessible from I-71 and I-77.
What are your business hours?
Eastern Time (View Hours).
Can I shop at your location?
Yes, we would be happy to meet you in person during our regular business hours.
May I place an order while at your location?
Yes, we will be happy to take your order. There may be a wait time while the
warehouse fills your order. Our staff will be happy to assist you will all of
your ordering needs and our warehouse staff will be happy to load your car for
you.
What is your shipping method?
We ship UPS on all domestic orders (View
Shipping Details).
Do you have a minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum order amount. All orders are welcome! Remember that
shipping one 2-ounce bottle of fragrance most likely incurs the same shipping
charge as three 2-ounce bottles of fragrance. UPS rounds their weights to the
nearest pound. The more you order at one time, the lower the shipping charges
relative to your purchase.
Do you sponsor any co-ops?
At this time, we have no company-sponsored co-ops. We do have several companies
that purchase our products for this purpose, but they do not receive any
additional price discount than what you receive.
