Customer Loyalty & Rewards Program
Wholesale Supplies Plus would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in our “Customer Loyalty & Rewards Program”. This program provides extra discounts and specials to customers that shop at Wholesale Supplies Plus. The more you shop, the more opportunities to save money on future orders!
Earn Points for Future Savings!
For every full $1.00 in product purchases a customer will earn 1 point.
Points will be held in your account as “pending” for 2 weeks after time of purchase and order shipment. Once the two weeks have passed, your points will become active for loyalty rewards and you are eligible to use your point for savings! Points will expire after 1 year of product purchase.
Redemption Reward Opportunities:
How to Redeem Customer Loyalty Rewards:
- You may log into your account at anytime and check “My Loyalty Reward Points”. This page will display your order date and point accumulation. The page will also reflect points that have been removed from your account for reasons such as product refunds and point redemption.
- When you place an order and begin the checkout process, our system will verify the order against your point balance and program rules. If you are eligible to redeem points, you will be presented with the opportunity to use points for savings on that order. If you prefer to grow your point bank for larger future savings, you will have the opportunity to save the points and not use them on this order.
- If you choose to redeem the points, check the box and the dollar amount of the savings will be shown on your invoice and the total dollar for products purchased is reduced.
Important Customer Loyalty Rewards Program Terms & Conditions:
- Customers will earn "Customer Loyalty Reward Points" for each purchase made at Wholesale Supplies Plus. Members will accrue one (1) Point for every full (1) U.S. dollar actually spent on purchasing products. Product dollars are not rounded.
- Customer Loyalty Reward Points will NOT be earned for: (a) gift certificate purchases and items purchased with store credit, (b) exempt items, (c) shipping and handling charges, (d) autism donations and/or (e) sales taxes paid by the Customer/Participant.
- Customer Loyalty Reward Points obtained from the purchase of a product which is subsequently returned will be deducted from the Member's account.
- Customer Loyalty Reward Points cannot be used toward the purchase of gift certificates, have no monetary value, are not transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be used in conjunction with any other rebate or discount offer and are for promotional purposes only. Members are always responsible for applicable sales taxes (if any). No cash will be given back on unused certificate amounts.
- Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to terminate and/or modify this Customer Loyalty Reward Program in any manner, at any time, without limitation, including the adjustment of points earned per dollar spent without prior notice to participants.
- Customers cannot combine or co-mingle Customer Loyalty Reward Points. Customer Loyalty Reward Points cannot be gifted, inherited or otherwise transferred to any company or individual. Attempts by customers to co-mingle, sell or otherwise transfer Customer Loyalty Reward Points not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of Customer Loyalty Reward Points and Program Membership.
- The Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. Customer Loyalty Reward Program can be canceled at any time and upon cancelation, the customers will have 90 days to redeem their points, or they will become null and void.
- If, at the sole discretion of Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc., any customer or participant deemed to be participating in a manner not consistent with the Program’s overall intent, Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the participants account without notice and without further compensation to the Member.
