Published Prices & Shipping
All products sold at Wholesale Supplies Plus have "Shipping Included in the Price". For an additional shipping fee and at the time of checkout, you can choose to upgrade your shipping to Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day air.
Orders that are received by 2:00pm (eastern time zone) and are over $350 are packed by our “bulk order” department and every effort is made to have those orders ship the same day.
Orders with “shipping included” that ship via freight truck are expected to ship to a commercial address with loading dock. There is an additional fee for services such as residential delivery, lift gate and call ahead appointments. You will be expected to unload the freight truck yourself.
Wholesale Supplies Plus reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. In the event that the website displays an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.
Domestic and APO Orders
We use UPS exclusively on domestic orders. Our online shopping cart
automatically calculates package weight and shipping costs based on the items
you select. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order. APO
military addresses ship USPS Priority Mail. There is an additional $5.00 charge
per box when shipping Priority Mail.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship to the United States, Canada, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto
Rico, and Guam.

You can track your order from our website (Track
Order Now). Just have your order number ready for reference.
Delivery Times
Your total delivery time is our processing time plus shipping time. Most orders
ship within 24 hours. During holiday seasons, expect 48-72 hours to process the
order. To estimate your final delivery date, please use the following

UPS does not count the day the package is shipped as a shipping day. UPS does
not guarantee any transit times during the three weeks surrounding Christmas.
UPS is closed on major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving - these days
are not included in shipping time.

Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments
Returned orders will be handled in a timely manner. If the customer has made an
address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If
the customer refuses shipment, the order is considered a return with a 15%
restocking fee.
