Easy Returns and Exchanges
At Wholesale Supplies Plus.com, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.
We want to make it easy. Return or exchange an eligible return item by mail or stop into our Broadview Heights, Ohio showroom. No authorization from customer service is required.
Returns By Mail
- Place a copy of your order in the return box. If you do not have a copy, please include a letter stating
the item you are returning and why. Include your name, address and phone number so that we may
properly process your return.
- Call us so that we know a return is on its way. Our toll free number is 1-800-359-0944.
- Mail the return using the carrier of your choice to our address:

- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
- Import/Export duties and taxes are not reimbursable.
- All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
Quick Product Exchange Program
For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 1-800-359-0944 to request a “Quick Product Exchange”. We'll place an order for your new equal or greater value product right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but we'll waive the restocking fee for the item being returned. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the full cost of the original item. Items being returned from foreign countries are subject to payment for duties and taxes.
Products Eligible for Return or Exchange
We are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic ingredient, fragrance/essential oil, candle wax, candle colors and candle wicks as once it leaves our possession we cannot guarantee it’s purity. Products that have been closed out or purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all packaging items including bottles, tops, jars, bags, wrap, etc. We also accept returns on un-used nonperishable products such as soap molds.
