RECIPE: Multi-Colored Bath Salts

These pretty indigo and lavender colored bath salts will add a pretty color to your bath water while the beachy scent of Coconut and Blue Agave will fragrance the air and make you feel you are soaking in the crystal blue water of a tropical beach.

  • 15 ml(s) Coconut & Blue Agave Fragrance Oil 842
  • 1 .15 ml Scoop Bath Bomb Blue Powder Color
  • 6 .15 ml Scoop Matte Purple Pigment Powder
  • 5 Piece(s) 1.5 x 6" Clear PETG Tube with White Cap

Recipe Directions

  1. NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron.
  2. Weigh the European Spa Salts-Coarse Grain and divide evenly between 3 mixing bowls.
  3. Drizzle 5 ml of Coconut & Blue Agave Fragrance Oil to each bowl. Mix the salts well with the fragrance using either a wire whisk or gloved hands.
  4. Set one bowl aside that will remain white. 
  5. To one bowl add (1) 0.15 ml scoop of Bath Bomb Blue Powder and mix well to coat salts.
  6. To remaining bowl, add (5) 0.15 ml scoops of Matte Purple Pigment Powder and mix well.
  7. Lay salts out on 3 separate jelly roll pans to dry overnight.
  8. Pour all 3 pans of salts into one large bowl and gently mix together.
  9. Fill all 5 bath salt tubes to approximately 6.45 oz. each and place cap on tube.
  10. Label product accordingly.
