Recipe Directions

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron.
  1. Use the soap cutter to cut up 16 oz. (½ of a 2 lb. tray) of Basic Goat Milk MP Soap Base into small cubes.
  2. Move soap cubes to the Mix & Pour Funnel Pitcher.
  3. Heat pitcher with soap in the microwave for thirty-second increments until the soap has melted.
  4. Use the plastic dropper to measure and add 14 mL of Revitalizing Rosemary Mint Fragrance Oil to the melted soap.
  5. Stir the soap with a spatula until the fragrance is well incorporated.
  6. Pour the soap into each mold cavity of the Euro Round Silicone Soap Mold.
  7. Spray the top of the soap with rubbing alcohol to pop any surface bubbles.
  8. Allow the soap to fully harden.
  9. Pull the edges of the mold away from the soap bars, and then flip the mold over and push out each soap bar.
  10. Wrap each bar soap with plastic wrap. Keeping the soap airtight is important to prevent moisture from the air being attracted to the surface of the soap.
  11. Label product in accordance with your government regulations.
