These cute pumpkin-inspired bath fizzes are scented with a lovely pumpkin coconut cream fragrance. This recipe utilizes Shea 50, which doubles as a moisturizer and solubilizer. Drop one into a bathtub and soak in the effervescence.

  •  8 Ounce(s) Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
  •  4 Ounce(s) Citric Acid Powder
  •  0.50 Ounce(s) White Kaolin Clay
  •  0.20 Ounce(s) Shea 50
  •  2 ml(s) Pumpkin Coconut Cream Fragrance Oil 865
  •  3 .15 ml Scoop Bath Bomb Orange Powder Color
  •  2 .15 ml Scoop NuTone Green Powder
  •  6  Bath Bomb Ball Mold - 1.75" diameter (2 pc set)
  •  2  Scoop - 0.15 ml (Micro Size)

INCI Ingredient Label: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Shea Butter, Fragrance, Yellow 6 Lake, Fluorphlogopite, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Dioxide, Chromium Oxide Green.

Recipe Directions

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet and latex gloves.
  1. Add Baking Soda, Citric Acid and Kaolin Clay and to mixing bowl. Break up any clumps with whisk or gloved hands.
  2. Drizzle Shea 50 and fragrance over powder mixture and mix well.
  3. Move 2 oz. of powder mixture to second bowl and add green color. Mix well.
  4. Add orange color to large bowl of powder mixture and mix well.  
  5. Scoop a small amount of green mixture to one mold half and top off with orange mixture. Pack orange mixture into second mold half. Press two halves together. Remove top and brush off any excess around the edges. Replace top and set aside to harden.
  6. Repeat step five until all fizzies are molded.
  7. Let harden overnight and remove from molds.
  8. Package as desired or use molds as packaging to help protect bath fizzies if shipping.
  9. Label accordingly.
WARNING: Shea 50 may make tub slippery. Caution should be taken when entering and exiting bath.
To Use: Place under running water in bath and watch it fizz.
