Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. certifies that this fragrance product is in compliance with the standards of the International Fragrance Association, provided the fragrance is used in the above application (s) at the noted maximum concentration level(s).
The "Maximum Use Level for Skin Exposure" is the amount of fragrance, flavor and essential oil that can come in contact with the skin. It does not mean that your base product can perform at these levels. You must test each oil in each application for evaluation of desired performance. Baby products have lower use levels than those listed above. If a desired application is not listed above, please call us at 1-800-359-0944 for maximum skin levels for skin exposure.
Scent is one of the most powerful of our five senses. Smelling a fragrance can trigger a treasured memory and provoke enjoyable thoughts. When designing products, consider how your customers will use your products. Will they be washed off? Will they be used to fragrance a home? Will they be used in conjunction with other products and how will those scents smell when combined? Consider complementing your scent with coordinating colors.

Directions: To Determine The Amount of Fragrance Oil Used In A Product:
The amount of fragrance that should be used in a formulation depends on three factors:
1) The maximum amount of scent the product base will accept.
2) The maximum IFRA skin safe level.
3) The amount of fragrance that smells good in your product.
You will look at these three maximum guidelines and use the LOWEST percentage.
For example: Desired smell is 5%, making MP soap is 3%, and the IFRA max use is 20.2%. You should not use more than 3% in your product. This 3% is the lowest of all of those numbers.
Maximum Product Base Guidelines:
MP Soap: 3% CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6% Lotions and Scrubs: 1 – 2% Bath Salts, Fizzies & Tub Soaks: 5-10% Candle Wax: 6-12% (see specific wax for exact levels)
To Determine The IFRA Guidelines:
IFRA is a self-regulating trade organization that together with the industry's scientific center RIFM (the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials), establishes usage safety standards for materials that comprise fragrance and essential oils. Each year IFRA updates their standards based on sound science.
Wholesale Supplies Plus updates IFRA documents annually so that customers can stay up-to-date with the latest science. If you find IFRA levels have changed for your formula, it is standard to take 2 years to update products in the market.
COMMENTS: This is probably one of my favorite FOs. It behaves wonderfully - no A/R. Discolors to a dark brown, so use vanilla stabilizer if you plan to use colors, etc. I prefer it dark, since it goes with the name. Smells wonderful after cure.

"Really great variation of lavender "
COMMENTS: I really enjoy the addition of the amber with this lavender fragrance. It provides, not only the soothing effects of lavender but the warmth of the amber. Makes me want to cuddle by the fire and relax.

"Customers love this scent, it's one of my top sell"
COMMENTS: Customers absolutely love this scent. It's one of my top sellers especially for my shampoos, conditioners, light lotions, and wax melts. You have to add right at the most % you can for the wax melts though.
COMMENTS: Customer fave && my personal favorite, hands-down. It's mysterious, dark & relaxing all rolled into one. Best scent that I have purchased in awhile, so much that I returned to buy it in a larger bottle. Definitely pair with a vanilla stabilizer as it does like to turn brown due to vanilla % present.
COMMENTS: Love love love this scent. It has a deep sexy sensual scent. Could be unisex. Both men and women love it! Soaps good in cold process. Strong lasting scent. You can smell the amber and the lavender equally. Did discolor slightly.
COMMENTS: I took a chance on this FO that had no reviews and I absolutely love it. It's deep, dark and mysterious in CP soap. It cures to a beautiful musky scent...the perfect combo of amber and lavender. Perfect for a man (or woman).
