Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. certifies that this fragrance product is in compliance with the standards of the International Fragrance Association, provided the fragrance is used in the above application (s) at the noted maximum concentration level(s).
The "Maximum Use Level for Skin Exposure" is the amount of fragrance, flavor and essential oil that can come in contact with the skin. It does not mean that your base product can perform at these levels. You must test each oil in each application for evaluation of desired performance. Baby products have lower use levels than those listed above. If a desired application is not listed above, please call us at 1-800-359-0944 for maximum skin levels for skin exposure.
Scent is one of the most powerful of our five senses. Smelling a fragrance can trigger a treasured memory and provoke enjoyable thoughts. When designing products, consider how your customers will use your products. Will they be washed off? Will they be used to fragrance a home? Will they be used in conjunction with other products and how will those scents smell when combined? Consider complimenting your scent with coordinating colors.

Directions: To Determine The Amount of Fragrance Oil Used In A Product:
The amount of fragrance that should be used in a formulation depends on three factors:
1) The maximum amount of scent the product base will accept .
2) The maximum IFRA skin safe level.
3) The amount of fragrance that smells good in your product.
You will look at these three maximum guidelines and use the LOWEST percentage.
For example: Desired smell is 5%, making MP soap is 3%, and the IFRA max use is 15%. You should not use more than 3% in your product. This 3% is the lowest of all of those numbers.
Maximum Product Base Guidelines:
MP Soap: 3% CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6% Lotions and Scrubs: 1 – 2% Bath Salts, Fizziest & Tub Soaks: 5-10% Candle Wax: 6-12% (see specific wax for exact levels)
To Determine The IFRA Guidelines:
IFRA is a self-regulating trade organization that together with the industry's scientific center RIFM (the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials), establishes usage safety standards for materials that comprise fragrance and essential oils. Each year IFRA updates their standards based on sound science.
Wholesale Supplies Plus updates IFRA documents annually so that customers can stay up-to-date with the latest science. If you find IFRA levels have changed for your formula, it is standard to take 2 years to update products in the market. You can find Wholesale Supplies Plus IFRA documents on the “documents” tab of this product page.
Fragrance oils that contain vanilla or vanillin will change color. The color change can take days, weeks, or months and can vary from a light ivory to dark brown. Our Crafter’s Choice Vanilla Color Stabilizers and Crafter’s Choice Vanilla Color Neutralizer will prevent some products from changing color. Oils that are dark in color, contain floral notes or spices may in time naturally change color.
COMMENTS: This is one of my top selling scents that I use for my lotions. I cannot seem to keep enough made because once one person smells, then everyone else around them smells it and then they all want to by it.
COMMENTS: Gosh this is a wonderful fragrance oil. I had only gotten the sample with an order. I believe now I have every fragrance and essential oil WSP carries. This is outstanding. It is a touch fruity and a bit floral. Light and airy. Makes a beautiful product no matter what we use it for. It really holds the scent long after making the product. I can smell brightness of nectarine and light coconut. Just a nice scent. This is not too sweet. Does not need to be mixed with anything but I guess you could mix with other floral, maybe light rose or other fruit, like passion. But it is really perfect by itself. We are very happy to have it and are ordering several 16 oz. bottles.
COMMENTS: While this f.o. did have a strong pineapple top note The following notes were a bit stale. I would freshen it up a bit with another tropical fruit,I like my summer scents more on the fresh side personally.
COMMENTS: I really did like this fragrance. I smelled the creamy coconut and fruit aromas and thought it was a most pleasant fragrance. I have already used it in some summer products and for my tropical scent lover customers, there has been good feedback. Be sure to use vanilla stabilizer or you will get the dreaded brown color.

"Really really good!"
COMMENTS: I don't get all the 4 stars reviews, I guess it all comes down to personal taste, personally I absolutely loved this one, people detected different smells, some said it's more coconut & cream, other have said it's more pineapple, I can detect all. It did discolor my soap to dark brown due to the high vanilla content and I didn't use a vanilla color stabilizer. I will order this again
p.s. I usually don't like coconutish smell, but this doesn't smell like that, it's more of a creamy scent

"Coconut with Hints of Vanilla Cream"
COMMENTS: More coconut and less pineapple but you detect hints of vanilla cream. This is a really nice scent in CP soap. No trace acceleration, ricing, seizing or discoloration and preformed excellent during the soap making process. In soy wax the cold throw was great however slightly disappointed in the hot throw. Make work better in room sprays or linen sprays.

I Recommend This Product!
COMMENTS: If you enjoy a blend of tropical fragrances (coconut, bannana, pineapple) this is the fragrance oil for you. Made some linen/room spray and I think it will be just the thing to spritz around the house in the dead of winter when I need a pick-me-up!
Also did a batch of cold process soap using a blend of olive, coconut, and palm oils. No nasty surprises as can sometimes happen with fragrance oils, the mixture behaved and poured into the mold nicely. So far the fragrance is holding nicely and the color came out as I expected.
COMMENTS: My first impression OOB is a tropical lemon pound cake type fragrance. I anticipated it to discolor in my CP, and it did turn brown. However, it was pretty well behaved otherwise, with no ricing or acceleration or fragrance morphing (I loaded the fragrance at the 6% max). I found no difference OOB in soap or bath fizzies, so the fragrance stayed true.
COMMENTS: This doesnt smell anything like the BBWs version. It smells like fabric softener with a hint of fruit. I'll have to use this in some type of home fragrance instead of body products:( Sad that this didnt have any colada-like qualities.
