Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. certifies that this fragrance product is in compliance with the standards of the International Fragrance Association, provided the fragrance is used in the above application (s) at the noted maximum concentration level(s).
The "Maximum Use Level for Skin Exposure" is the amount of fragrance, flavor and essential oil that can come in contact with the skin. It does not mean that your base product can perform at these levels. You must test each oil in each application for evaluation of desired performance. Baby products have lower use levels than those listed above. If a desired application is not listed above, please call us at 1-800-359-0944 for maximum skin levels for skin exposure.
Scent is one of the most powerful of our five senses. Smelling a fragrance can trigger a treasured memory and provoke enjoyable thoughts. When designing products, consider how your customers will use your products. Will they be washed off? Will they be used to fragrance a home? Will they be used in conjunction with other products and how will those scents smell when combined? Consider complementing your scent with coordinating colors.

Directions: To Determine The Amount of Fragrance Oil Used In A Product:
The amount of fragrance that should be used in a formulation depends on three factors:
1) The maximum amount of scent the product base will accept.
2) The maximum IFRA skin safe level.
3) The amount of fragrance that smells good in your product.
You will look at these three maximum guidelines and use the LOWEST percentage.
For example: Desired smell is 5%, making MP soap is 3%, and the IFRA max use is 20.2%. You should not use more than 3% in your product. This 3% is the lowest of all of those numbers.
Maximum Product Base Guidelines:
MP Soap: 3% CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6% Lotions and Scrubs: 1 – 2% Bath Salts, Fizzies & Tub Soaks: 5-10% Candle Wax: 6-12% (see specific wax for exact levels)
To Determine The IFRA Guidelines:
IFRA is a self-regulating trade organization that together with the industry's scientific center RIFM (the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials), establishes usage safety standards for materials that comprise fragrance and essential oils. Each year IFRA updates their standards based on sound science.
Wholesale Supplies Plus updates IFRA documents annually so that customers can stay up-to-date with the latest science. If you find IFRA levels have changed for your formula, it is standard to take 2 years to update products in the market.
COMMENTS: Love the fragrance but having such a hard time CP soaping with this! Separating every time. What am I doing wrong? The 1st time I tried it I didn't let oils or lye cool hardly at all, 2nd time I let them cool for and hour. I'm not giving up on this one! 2nd time around not as bad as the 1st.

"LOVE LOVE "
COMMENTS: This scent is AMAZING! very big hit with my customers! I will be a forever customer with this one!
COMMENTS: This smell makes one come closer to you just to inhale this wonderful aroma more. I didn't like at 1st since it smelled so light. I made my nephew (7yrs old) a body butter w/it and couldn't stop hugging & smelling him. He was happy! I will be getting more. This has a very relaxing but cheerfully sweet smell.

"Lovely citrus scent"
COMMENTS: It's soft and has a sweeter scent than orange. I think it smells more like tangerine. It's sugary, too, so if you're going for something energizing, this one might be too sweet for that. It does well in butter and lotions, but loses a little of its potency in foaming bath scrub.
COMMENTS: I needed a light citrus scent and took a shot in the dark with this one. I was worried because it didn't smell strong out of the bottle, but this scent turned out to be one of my favorites once I used it and I'll certainly order again. It's nice and light with more of a sweet citrus scent than an effervescent one. Holds up nicely and behaved well in my CP soap.
