Details

Pour or place your prepared mixture into the silicone mold cavities and allow it to cool, harden, or set fully according to your project type. Once firm, gently pull the sides of the mold away from the product, then press on the bottom of the cavity until it begins to release, and carefully remove. Care: Hand wash molds in warm, sudsy water and allow to dry completely before reuse.

Beautifully Basic

"We use these for our hefty syndet shower bars. Syndet bars work best in basic shapes as they aren't as ""pretty"" as traditional soap and don't adapt well to fanciful shapes. We use the round molds and also the oval molds. The molds are sturdy, thick, and easy to wash. The product ejects smoothly from the mold."

"Out of three drawers of molds this is my go-to. The soaps are the perfect size for party favors, specialities, and travel. One customer told me it was the perfect size for taking in her bag for a trip. The security guy at the airport said it was perfect for their requirements. I would never have thought about it if the customer hadn't given me the feedback. It's now a big selling point. This is also a great size for luffa soaps. I've never had a problem with the mold and even ordered more of them so I could make big batches in this size."

"I bought this mold to make the tablet shower fizzies. The mold is perfect! The silicone is very high quality and can with stand long term use. The guest size circles are the perfect size for a shower fizzie. I also use this mold to pour my left over MP soap into to store in ziploc bags for a future project. Perfect for trial/travel sized soaps.

"Most of the M&P soap I sell is made in the larger 5-oz round silicone mold. Making smaller trial and travel sized soaps available has made everybody happy. This mold produces perfect little disks of smooth, glossy soap and releases the soaps quite easily. Try a transluscent M&P colored with activated charcoal (I add tea tree, lemon and cedarwood EO's for a great anti-acne bar) and you'll have appealing little hockey pucks. (The 5-oz mold produces fabulous hockey puck soap. ) I only wish this mold had 8 or more cavities for the price."

What is the recommended retail sale price for these. And recommended quantity per package (3)?: This really depends on your formula, your cost and the area we will in. We cannot make a recommendation based on just the mold used.
What size shrink band should I use with soap of this size?: The 80 x 55 band would fit soaps made with this soap mold.
I plan on using this mold to make lotion bars. It says that this bar will come out to be 1.5oz in weight, would you be able to tell me what the volume would be? Thank you: Our mold cavities are not measured for volume only weight of the bar after it's unmolded.
Will the finished product fit in the 2 oz shallow tins? I'm looking for another mold to make my lotion bars in.: Yes, they will. The mold measurements are 2"x3/4" and the tin measurements are 23/8"x3/4". You may want to under fill the mold just a little to be sure that your product has a little extra room in the tin.
