Smells good but turned even the bubbles brown

"This stuff out of the bottle isn't a direct dupe to BBW but it does smell lovely in soap. It turned the soap a very very dark brown. Even at max it's a very very light scent like you'd have to bring it to your face in order to smell it. . . and the bubbles and foam from the soap were also that same brown color which was kind of disturbing. I would not buy this again but if you can use it in another product it would be lovely. Just not a good fit for cp soap."

Q&A

Is this fragrance oil Sulfate and parading free??
This oil does not contain sulfates or parabens.
Can I use this oil with the shampoo base?
This fragrance oil is suitable to use in our shampoo base as long as you follow the IFRA guidelines for skin safe percentages. It appears as though it is safe to use in most formulations at about 8% concentration.
Any suggestions on what other fragrance oils I can mix this with to get a more fruity scent?
You can always mix more raspberry scent in, as Sweet Pea typically contains some of that for a "fruity sweet" scent already, I've also tried Ylang-Ylang which turned out fine! Remember though, if you're using this in a soap it does tend to accelerate! :)
