These fun and spooky salts were inspired by the Halloween season!  This is a fun adult treat you can add to your fall holiday product line.

Shopping List:
(1) 5 lb European Spa Salt - Medium Grain

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Adobe Orange Mica Powder

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Golden Pineapple Yellow Mica Powder

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Traditional - Iridescent Super Sparkle Glitter

(1) 2 fl. oz Candy Crush Fragrance Oil 382

(1) 2 oz Polysorbate 80

(3) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic

(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(12) 1 Piece Clear Cello Bag (12" x 6" - Cone)

(1) 0.008 Spool (4 Yds) Black Curling Ribbon

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 5 lbs. European Spa Salt - Medium Grain
• 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Adobe Orange Mica Powder
• 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Golden Pineapple Yellow Mica Powder
• 3/8 Teaspoon(s) Traditional - Iridescent Super Sparkle Glitter
• 10 ml(s) Candy Crush Fragrance Oil 382
• 0.25 oz. Polysorbate 80

• (3) Mixing Bowls
• (3) Cookie Sheets
• (1) Fork or Wire Whisk
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Measuring Spoons
• (1) Waxed Paper

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Empty bag of salts into mixing bowl.
  2. Add fragrance to salts by drizzling in with dropper. Mix well.
  3. Add Polysorbate 80 to salts and mix. 
  4. Divide salts into three bowls measuring out 13 oz. in one bowl, 23 oz. in the next bowl, and 34 oz. in the third bowl. 
  5. Add 1/8 tsp. of Iridescent Super Sparkle Glitter to the bowl with 13 oz. of salt. Mix well.
  6. Add 1/8 tsp. of Orange Adobe Mica and 1/8 tsp. of Iridescent Super Sparkle Glitter to the bowl with 23 oz. of salt and mix well.
  7. Add 1/8 tsp. of Golden Pineapple Mica and 1/8 tsp. of Iridescent Super Sparkle Glitter to the bowl with 34 oz. of salt and mix well. 
  8. Pour out each color of salts on their own cookie sheet covered with waxed paper to dry for at least 6 hours.
  9. Place salts in bags in a candy corn pattern (white first, orange second, yellow last). 
  10. Tie each bag with black curling ribbon.
  11. Label product.
To Use:  Sprinkle desired amount under warm running water.
