About This Recipe:
Our new Shea 50 is perfect for use in bath fizzies. No melting, easily incorporates into the powders to add just enough liquid to form the bath fizzies. Relax and enjoy! 


Shopping List:
(2) 2 oz Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)

(1) 2 oz Arrowroot Powder

(1) 2 oz Citric Acid Powder

(1) 2 oz Shea 50

(1) 2 fl. oz Autumn Day* Fragrance Oil 894

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Bath Bomb Orange Powder Color

(3) 1 Set Bath Bomb Ball Mold - 1.75" diameter (2 pc set)

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 4 oz. Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
• 0.25 oz. Arrowroot Powder
• 2 oz. Citric Acid Powder
• 0.10 oz. Shea 50
• 1 ml(s) Autumn Day* Fragrance Oil 894
• 1 .15 ml Scoop Bath Bomb Orange Powder Color


Equipment From Home:
• (1) 1 Each Scale - Digital Display (Professional)
• (1) Mixing Bowl
• (1) Wire Whisk
• (1) Bubble Wrap or Egg Carton

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet and latex gloves. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To mixing bowl, add baking soda, citric acid, arrowroot powder, and orange powder and mix well.
  2. Drizzle Shea 50 and fragrance over powder mixture and mix well.  
  3. Mound mixture into both mold halves and then press together. Set aside on bubble wrap. Repeat to make other two bath bombs. Let harden for at least two hours until hard.
  4. Remove fizzies from molds.
  5. Package as desired.
  6. Label accordingly.
WARNING: Shea 50 may make tub slippery. Caution should be taken when entering and exiting bath.
 
To Use: Place under running water in bath and watch it fizz.
