Debbie May is a self taught soap maker and handmade cosmetic artisan. Her experience includes making products for profit that were used to help support her growing family, including a daughter with special needs and autism. In 1999 Debbie established Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. as a way to bring affordable high- quality ingredients to small home-based businesses.
Kevin Dunn is the Elliott Professor of Chemistry at Hampden-Sydney College, and is the author of Caveman Chemistry and Scientific Soapmaking. Educated at the University of Chicago and the University of Texas, he now lives in central Virginia with his wife and several cats.
Liz Fulcher
Liz Fulcher brings 26 years of essential oil experience, research and education to her work as a Clinical Aromatherapist and Essential Oil Educator. Her passion is empowering others to become creatively inspired by essential oils and follow their dream of becoming successful Aromatherapists. She has served as the Pennsylvania Regional Director for the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (www.naha. org) for 17 years and is the owner of the Aromatic Wisdom Institute, School of Creative Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Education.
Marla Tabaka is an internationally known success coach and Inc. Magazine author who helps entrepreneurs get what they want personal and financial success. Her integrative approach to
coaching combines mindset management and strategic planning, delivering results that have taken many of her clients well into the millions.
Allison B. Vought is an inventive scientist and educator specializing in natural cosmetic formulation and short-run, private label skincare. Since 2005, she has worked as chief cosmetic formulator, business consultant and CEO of various skin care companies. Allison is the co-founder of AliMar, LLC, a private label manufacturer specializing in ultra-low minimums, as well as co-founder of the Vegan skincare line
Susan Barclay Nichols is SwiftCraftyMonkey of the well-known blog Point of Interest. As a self-described “cosmetic scientician” and enthusiastic teacher she shares her love of all things crafty with youth through the free programs she and her husband offer in their community and with adults at Voyageur Soap & Candle in Surrey, B.C. Susan lives in Chilliwack, B.C. with her similarly creative husband and adorable dog. She’ll be presenting a workshop on facial moisturizers at the 2017 Handcrafted Soap & Cosmetic Guild held in Las Vegas.
