Staff Answer Millileters is a liquid measurement. We sell plastic droppers that hold 3 mls which you can use to measure this. You can also use a medicine cup which is usually marked with a line at 5 ml, 10 ml and 30 ml.

For mL in these recipes, I purchase small pipette droppers which are graduated into ml by volume, not by weight. Hope this helps

Staff Answer We were surprised by this too! we tested and retested this recipe and each time it only made 4 lip tubes.

I just made this recipe and got 12 tubes. I changed out the flavor and color (Orange Creamsicle sweetened flavor oil and orange bath bomb color powder), but those two things are the only changes I made.

I also get about 12-14 tubes of lip balm when using 2 oz of base. The recipe is incorrect as far as the number of tubes needed.
