NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
- Into a plastic beaker, add 2 oz. cut up soap. Place in microwave and heat for about 20 seconds or until melted.
- Add 1/8 teaspoon of white mica powder and mix well.
- Spritz the inside of each mold cavity with rubbing alcohol. This will help the soap to flow into the snowflake crevices. Using a plastic dropper, carefully fill the snowflake area. Fill with as much soap as the snowflake can hold. Spritz, again, and let harden.
- To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 14 oz. of cut up soap. Add 0.10 oz. blue color block and add to cup of soap. Heat in microwave until melted.
- Add 0.40 oz. of fragrance and add to the melted blue soap. Mix well.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of white mica powder and mix well.
- Generously, spritz white soap in each mold cavity with rubbing alcohol.
- Once soap has cooled down to 125-130°F, slowly pour into each cavity filling to the top. Spritz, again, and let soap completely harden.
- If soap does not easily unmold, place tray in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and gently press on each mold cavity to release.
- Repeat to make 4 additional bars, if desired.
- Wrap soap in plastic wrap or other airtight packaging.
- Label product accordingly.
