Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To measuring cup, add 12 oz. cut up Clear Soap and 0.10 oz. blue color block and heat in microwave until melted. If darker color is desired, add more of the color block.
  2. Add 0.35 oz. Fragrance Oil to soap and stir well.
  3. Place mold on scale and fill each cavity with 2 oz. of soap. Allow to harden completely.
  4. Shred 3 oz. White Soap using cheese grater or salad shooter. Set aside.
  5. Add 10 oz. cut up White Soap to clean measuring cup and heat in microwave until melted.
  6. Add 0.25 oz. Fragrance Oil and stir well.
  7. When melted soap is 130ºF or cooler, spritz blue soap with rubbing alcohol. Pour soap leaving ¼ inch of space from the top of the mold cavity.
  8. Gently place duck in the middle of white soap. DO NOT SPRITZ DUCK WITH ALCOHOL. If duck falls over, hold in place until soap sets up enough to keep duck upright.
  9. Immediately, sprinkle soap shreds over the top of each soap and then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. glitter.
  10. Allow the soap to harden completely.
  11. Using a plastic beaker, melt 1 oz. Clear Soap in microwave in 15 second intervals. Add 1/2 tsp. glitter and mix well,
  12. Drizzle melted soap over the soap shreds to hold together and fill in any open spaces. Allow to harden completely.
  13. Package in cello bags and tie with curling ribbon.
  14. Repeat above steps to make 6 additional soaps, if desired.
  15. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
