Peppermint Eucalyptus Muscle Salts Recipe

What is Epsom Salt with Eucalyptus Good For?

Epsom salt combined with eucalyptus essential oil offers a powerhouse of benefits, particularly for those seeking relaxation and muscle relief. This blend is renowned for its ability to soothe aching muscles, support relaxation, and enhance mental clarity. Eucalyptus, known for its refreshing and purifying properties, pairs perfectly with the mineral-rich Epsom salt to create a therapeutic bath experience. The addition of peppermint essential oil intensifies the muscle-soothing effects, offering a cooling sensation that can relieve pain and reduce inflammation.

How to Make Peppermint Eucalyptus Fizzing Muscle Salts

Are you feeling sore from your workout? Try soaking in a warm tub scented with peppermint and eucalyptus essential oil bath salts! Our bath bomb and fizzy base is a shortcut for creating a delightfully fizzy soak scented with a relaxing & rejuvenating blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, and lavender essential oils.

Feel free to substitute your favorite Fragrance Oil or blend of Essential Oils. Using our water-soluble liquid colorants and solar sea bath salts, we create a pop of color in these salts, which look just like bits of sea glass. Feel free to use any color you like or leave it out if you prefer uncolored salts.

Polysorbate 80 is used in this recipe to disperse the essential oils throughout the bathwater. Do not leave this ingredient out! Undispersed essential oils will float to the top of the water in concentrated pockets and be a nasty surprise for your sensitive parts!
