Staff Answer None of the colors we offer can be used in candles. Candles need oil based colorants that are usually liquids or blocks.

"I intend to use the 10 lb hemp melt and pour soap base but would like to add 4 colors/FO to give me ten bars each. Will this blending technique using glycerin work with any color powder ? Are there any issues if the powder states it mixes with oil or mixes with water?"

Staff Answer This method works well with almost all color powders. It is best to use only water based colors for mixing but if you have one that is for oil you can blend this in with your fragrance oil before adding to your melted soap.
