"You said it is okay to use essential oil but, do you then have to add the poly 80? If so how much? Also, I read on the bath tea guidelines not to use fragrance unless you allow it to dry completely. How was it possible in this recipe? Is it different because there are a couple bases?"

Staff Answer If you look at the recipe for this product, it does state to lay the mixture out to dry overnight before packaging. For some reason, it was not added to the video. You do not have to add poly 80 but it does help mix the essential oil with the water. You would use equal parts of the poly 80 and your essential oil or carrier oil if using.

"Could I use an essential oil instead of peony? For this recipe what would be the amount to use?"

Staff Answer You can use an essential oil for this recipe. We would recommend using 2 ml in place of the 6 ml of fragrance.
