US Territory, Off-Shore & International Shipping Policy

Due to the high cost of complying with EU GDPR we have discontinued all marketing, services and sales to EU member states. This policy has been placed in effect 4/27/2018. Quite simply we are a US company with a very small presence in those areas. The cost to recode our website is exorbitant compared to the revenue that will be gained. It also puts into question how we comply with US Federal recall laws if invoices and batch numbers are not stored for future reference. We apologize to our EU friends for this change. Hopefully your laws will become more small business friendly in the future. Below are our shipping policies for the rest of the world.

Shipping Policy – Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Program Details:
  1. Orders will ship US Priority Mail.
  2. Shipping is quoted in the shopping cart prior to check out.
  3. Handling Fee – $5.95 per order.
  4. Orders not eligible for having additional items added to order.
  5. Call us for shipping orders by the pallet and freight carrier.


International Shipping

Program Details:
  1. At this time, International shipping is limited to Canada only.
  2. Our shopping cart will quote USPS rates to ship to your location, these rates DO NOT include brokerage, duties or taxes. If we are unable to give a quote at the time of your order, you will be charged the actual shipping costs at the time of shipping.
  3. Handling Fee – $5.95 per order.
  4. Orders not eligible for having additional items added to order.
  5. Entire order must ship together. No back orders or split shipments.
  6. Call us for shipping orders by the pallet and freight carrier.


Order Processing & Transit

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to areas that are known to have a high amount of fraud or problems with packages clearing customs. In the event that the consumer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address or the shipment is rejected by customs, the consumer is responsible for all shipping charges. It is the responsibility of the consumer to conduct the proper research in advance of any sale, to determine that there are not particular restrictions on their selection of goods that would result in their exclusion from the country of import. Once shipped, transit times may vary depending on the region and customs clearance procedures. WSP has no control over the transit time for international package(s).


Freight Forwarder

Program Details:
Many of our international customers choose to use a freight forwarder to facilitate their orders. When completing your information, make sure that you use the shipping address that your freight forwarder has provided to you. The Company will not be responsible for any matters relating to your use of a freight forwarder, including, without limitation, problems with customs, damages caused by your freight forwarder, lost deliveries, or any other regulations that are mandated by your country.

- The Company will not provide refunds or replacement orders for any orders that ship via a freight forwarder. If customs are needed and package is returned you are responsible for paying customs.

- We are not responsible for conversion rates from us dollars to other currencies

- We are not responsible for any items/packages that do not get through customs.

- We are also not responsible for any taxes, duties or other fees associated with international shipping. All international orders are insured up to $100 automatically. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible.

Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to shipping restrictions- you will be notified either:

  1. By the system at the time of order that one or more items cannot ship. Simply remove those items and the shipping option will appear.
  2. By email after the order is placed. The item(s) that cannot ship will be refunded and the rest of the order shipped out.
