"I would also like to know about labeling for use in the shower / water. I noticed a question was asked in 2013 that is still unanswered about this. Are polyester labels good for adhesion and laser printed ink that has dried a couple days or is there something else that will stay on the bottle and ink that will not run, or be scratched off while in a moist environment."

Staff Answer The polyester labels would be the best waterproof label. You could also use a shrink wrap band over the label to waterproof the label.

"Hi, I’m curious so please help me understand why the lotion recipes only list this bottle for packaging. Are the ingredients photosensitive? Is it an Oxidation issue? Or is it curb appeal? ?? if not, can I make these lotions and use the Boston clear 4oz and 8oz bottles I bought from you? Is there an alternate substitute for Avocado butter in these recipes? Thanks. "

"Which pump top would fit this bottle? The 24/410 ones I'm seeing seem like the dip tube would be too long to fit. Thanks."

Staff Answer The 24/410 does fit this bottle. The dip tube is a standard size and needs to be trimmed to fit your bottle.

Since labeling is a preference they always recommend having it hand before ordering or making labels for them. Also I would say 4 to 4.5 inches high and 4 to 5 inches wide.

Staff Answer Being a cosmetic company, all of our products are sold for that specific use - cosmetics. Our warehouse and packaging facility is not FDA approved for carrying food grade items. So cross contamination possibly will occur with other materials that cannot be ingested. With that said, if you still would like to use these bottles for food, proper sterilizing procedures would need to be followed.

"Does anyone have any tips or tricks for labeling boston bottles that are used in the shower/water? I have yet to be successful in preserving the label after the bottle has been exposed to water. The label either comes off or the ink runs :-("

Staff Answer As you know we do not offer labeling as a service, nor can we suggest a company that does it. But we do suggest doing an internet search specifically for waterproof labels. There are companies that will do these type of labels for you so that your label will not be compromised in water.

Office Depot actually has some waterproof labels you can print on. I use them for my soap, but I'm sure Avery has bigger labels :)
