Our Purple Passion Mica is deep, rich and bold! The Purple Passion Mica is full of color saturation and you'll be pleased with the shades it can impart in your finished products - this is a perfect mica for swirling in CP soap making or adding a dark, shimmery purple hue to lip balms. This mica colorant a medium to high shimmer effect.
Purple Passion Mica is natural shimmer pigment derived from the mineral Muscovite Mica, coated with iron oxide, cosmetic-grade fineness (particle size 10-60 microns). Insoluble, but miscible in liquids. Sold by weight, not volume except for sample packet. For use in melt and pour soap bases, see our tutorial: How to Use Mica Colorants in Soap. Properties: Imparts bold, deep, rich color with shimmering and pearlizing luminescence.
