Directions:
Crafter’s Choice Essential Oils are pure and undiluted resulting in a strong scent. We recommend starting with a relatively low percentage.

To Determine The Amount of Essential Oil Used In A Product:

The amount of essential oil that should be used in a formulation depends on three factors:

1) The maximum amount of essential oil the product base will accept.
2) The maximum IFRA skin safe level.
3) The amount of essential oil that smells good in your product.

You will look at these three maximum guidelines and use the LOWEST percentage.

For example: MP soap is 3%, IFRA max. use is 5%, and desired smell is 2%. You should not use more than 2% in your product. This 2% is the lowest of all of those numbers.

Maximum Product Base Guidelines:
MP Soap: 3%
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Salts, Fizziest & Tub Soaks: 5-10%
Candle Wax: 6-12% (see specific wax for exact levels)
Lip Balm, Lip Gloss, and Lip Butter: 1-2%

COMMENTS: I bought 2 of these kits so I have some on my shelves. I use all of these in my soaps and bath fizzes. I just made lavender bath fizzes for my daughters wedding shower. And the scent is wonderful. I am so happy that wholesale supplies plus sells kits like these, being I am new to soap making, kits like this give me an idea on a verity of scents, so glad I decided to purchase them.

"Great sampler! "

COMMENTS: Essential oils can be very expensive. When we decided to start making beauty supplies from natural ingredients, this was a great way for us to start experimenting with essential oils without spending a great amount of money. The sweet orange is my favorite! A little bit of the EO goes a very long way, and this has been a great buy for us.

"Great for beginners kit!"

COMMENTS: This is a wonderfully great kit to get started using EO's. I love the variety and the price is wonderful for the size of the product and the quality of the product. I'm new to EO's so this kit has helped me out tremendously. It's great for a beginner and you can't go wrong with these 5 scents. Tea Tree is the strongest of the EO's so use sparingly, other than that it's a great quality product.
