"weird chemical smell" |
| COMMENTS: I use this in perfume so it doesn't go through any chemical process like soap making, so maybe that's the issue.. but I only smell a really gross almost paint thinner smell when I smell this. Thought it may be a batch issue and got scent a replacement, but still only smell the grossness. | |

"Seriously the best raspberry!" | ||||||
| COMMENTS: I've tried several fragrance oils purported to smell like raspberry, but they all smelled like COOKED raspberry. Like a jam or a tart. This one, though!! It smells like fresh picked berries. There's not a lot of vanilla in this, which I was rather glad about, but when I make CP soap with this, I sell out every.single.time. My clients always ask when I'll have it back in stock! I use it for shampoo bars, as well, and it leaves the most glorious, soft scent in hair. LOVE it. No acceleration, no discoloration whatsoever, really behaves beautifully in CP. | |||||||

| COMMENTS: I added this scent to CP soap at a 5% rate. No discoloration, no acceleration. I love the scent out of the bottle but once in the soap the scent faded to nothing in a matter of days. Advantages: No discoloration, No acceleration. Smells great out of the bottle. Disadvantages: Scents Fades Fast in CP soap! | |

| COMMENTS: This smells sweeter than other Black Raspberry Vanilla scents I've purchased. I was SO hoping this would be my go to for Black Raspberry Vanilla scent! It's not bad, it's just not what I expected. It also didn't have a strong scent throw in my melt and pour soap base. Advantages: It smells sweet and nice, but not a typical black raspberry vanilla scent. More berry-ish than vanilla. Disadvantages: Not a strong scent throw in my melt and pour base. | |
