Super smooth TD, oil dispersed

"I've used both water and oil dispersed TD. I prefer the oil. I can mix it prior to making cp soap by using a splash of my weighted oils. Great product!"

Karen (5/5)

Great Musky Smell

"Has a strong, deep musky kind of smell. Very earthy and woodsy. I use it in my shave soap and it's a hit with men. It's strong so you don't need a lot of it, but not so strong that you're drowning in it if you use too much."

Oliver (5/5)

I bought this Cedar EO and so should you!

"Out of the bottle it has a very pungent eucalyptus-like scent. I was worried at first that I wasn't going to be able to use it. However, it mellowed to a very nice cedar. It smelled exactly as it should. I'll be using this quite a bit."

Chad (5/5)

great scent

"I like the smell of this EO on its own, but it also mixes well with so many other scents. I started using it as a base note for soap for men, but a lot of women like the scent also."

Christina (5/5)

Q&A

Can the cedarwood essential oil be used for candle making?
Some essential oils may be used in soy candles, but we recommend fragrance oils for consistent and optimal results. Most EOs struggle to maintain their integrity under the heat of a burning candle, and many waxes require the use of additives with EOs.
How well will this blend with leather fragrance oil 530? I'm making cologne as a Christmas gift and ordered the leather fragrance oil 530, but I wondered if this will give it a nice mix. The only reason I ask is that my allergies took my sense of smell completely away leaving me to rely heavily on recipes and advice. Thanks!
This is something we cannot recommend, as it is a matter of opinion. When mixing, you must be sure to follow IFRA guidelines.
My bottle of Cedarwood essential oil has appeared to have crystalized half to 1/4 of the way. It is cool where I store it....is this why? This has never happened before. Is it ruined, or can I still use it?
Yes, this is normal. You can place the bottle in a warm water both and shake/mix until reincorporated.
Hi! This scent is quite strong, but I love using it in some of our men's care products, especially beer soap. I would like to know your opinion as to which of your ORANGE EOs would hold up the best against this strong cedarwood in a blend of the two?
This would really be your own preference but we have found the Sweet Orange EO #134 works very well in CP.
I noticed some crystallization on the rim of the bottle, is that normal?
Yes, this is common for this oil. Simply place the closed bottle into very warm water to dissolve the crystals. Shake the bottle after the crystals have been dissolved and it will be fine to use in your product.
