"This is a keeper for me!! " | ||||||
| COMMENTS: Made a batch of Cold Process soap with this the very next day after receiving it. I ordered 10 new FO's in this particular order and this is the first one I chose to make soap so, yes, it smells amazing. Out of the bottle you get the complete blend and it is blended very well. I can smell floral notes and the base notes with the bright, slight fruitiness of the mandarin. Makes an outstanding Roll-on fragrance. The soap has been curing for about 13 days and the scent has mellowed some. You can still smell floral notes and maybe it's the combination of tonka, white suede and patchouli that give the sort of powdery notes that I don't detect in the Roll-on I made or just smelling OOB. This is not an overwhelming powdery scent, nor off-putting. I'm not a big fan of baby powder scents and it's not that type of powdery. The mandarin notes seem to have been somewhat lost in the curing bars. It may make a comeback, who knows. I still love it and have several requests for bars so far. It did behave perfectly. No acceleration or ricing and I did a 4 color swirl in a white base and so far, no discoloration. I soap around 85, use sugar and milk in my batches and also do a water discount. No problems at all during the process. Will purchase again! | |||||||

| COMMENTS: This scent is amazing. I'm so glad I took the jump to purchase when it was new on sale with no reviews. Its has a scent no way to explain but a sweet sugar made from a mermaid. It has a sugary, ocean, floral scent. When my 2oz is gone I will be purchasing a bigger bottle! This is surely in my top 5 favorite scents. | |
