Our unscented Daily Essentials Shampoo & Body Wash base offers superior quality, incredible cleansing and provides an excellent lather. It is gentle on the skin and was designed to maintain the skin's natural pH.
This is a cold mix formula, so no heating is required. It is super easy to create your own shampoo. Just add your scent directly to the base and hand or machine mix. Hand stirring at room temperature with a spatula is recommended.

Ingredient Benefits:
Cocamidopropyl Betaine: Mild, biodegradable, foam boosting surfactant that is viscosity-building. Derived from renewable, natural resources.
Cocamide MIPA: Produces a very creamy foam and leaves a luxurious after-feel on skin and hair.
Polyquaternium 7: Excellent cationic conditioner for hair and skin that adds softness and shine. Very good detangler and provides slip for easier wet-coming.
Panthenol: Naturally occurring form of B-5 found in plants with humectant properties.
Laureth 4: Nonionic surfactant used as a solubilizer that aids in rinsing and reduces buildup
Directions:
Use unscented (as-is) or add your own Fragrance or Essential Oils at a ratio up to 1%. No solubilizer is necessary. Although water-based colorants will work in this base, we do not recommend adding them as it could result in change of hair color.

"I may have done something wrong?"
COMMENTS: I gave it an average because it held the scent I added and it only needed 1 drop of coloring to become really pretty. Not sure what I did wrong though, I added the drops of essential oil and stirred in slowly, it turned to the consistency of water. It came out thick from the container , but once I added the essential oil it thinned down immediately to a water consistency. I was hoping it would’ve stayed a gel type. I’ll try it again and use less E.O. See if that’s what I did wrong. If the error is mine I’ll leave another review.
