Product Details

Dendritic Salt is a very fine grain salt with a greater surface area than most salts on the market. This greater surface area allows the salt to absorb twice the amount of oil. It has less clumping, greater fragrance retention and dissolves quickly in water. Use in bath salts, milk baths and exfoliants.

"Will dendritic salt keep the fragranced bath salts from getting mushy/wet in the bottom of the jar? I suspect its the essential oil that causes the dead sea salts to get wet overtime since it happens to some of our scents more than others. We currently add the essential oil to dendritic salt, but only a small amount. Maybe we need a larger amount of dendritic?"

"Great salt for scrubs & soaks"

COMMENTS: I blended this Dendritic Salt with Dead Sea Salt to make my Peppermint Foot Soak. It held the Peppermint EO well. We also used this soak for a hoof soak for one of the mares at our barn who tends to get hoof abscesses. The salts have to dissolve in the bucket of warm water to work & it worked perfectly!

"This saved my recipe "

COMMENTS: Thank you for this fix for my bath salts. I was getting damp salts and read an answer on WSP to mix the fragrance/essential oil with this salt then add everything else. Talk about a game changer. The extra moisture is absorbed and the fragrance distributes much better and lasts longer. I won't make any more bath salts without this! Get some and you will see the difference too.

COMMENTS: This is a fantastic salt. We are buying it by 25 pounds at a time and running out quickly. This is mixed with dead sea salts and epsom salts for a wonderful spa salt. "Very Fine"

COMMENTS: This salt holds fragrance super well! It is of course, a very fine grain salt and it is very fine. I ordered a 5 lb bag my first go round, I was very impressed. This bag has lasted a while! I prefer course salts for the look, but as far as holding power, if you want fine grain bath salts, this is the way to go.
