This Crafter's Choice Honey Melt and Pour Soap Base is DETERGENT FREE and LOW SWEAT. Contains REAL HONEY which is thought to be very high in natural antioxidants and anti-microbial benefits. The ten-pound block makes (40) 4 oz. bars of soap and measures 12" x 11" x 2.25". This soap is transparent, light yellow, and produces a creamy lather.
International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI): Sorbitol, Sodium Cocoate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Water, Glycerin, Honey.
Common Name Ingredient Listing (FDA Approved): Sorbitol, Coconut Oil, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Glycerin, Honey.
Directions: MELT: Determine amount of melt and pour soap base needed for your project. Carefully slice soap base into small pieces and place in microwave safe container. Heat on low at 30 second intervals. Stir between intervals until liquid. Handle hot soap carefully as it may burn the skin. Soap can also be melted in a double boiler.
MOLD: Stir in cosmetic color, cosmetic scent, and skin safe additives. Pour into a Crafter's Choice or Milky Way soap mold. Spritz soap surface with rubbing alcohol to remove bubbles. Allow to cool until hard.
ENJOY: Remove from mold and wrap with airtight plastic wrap. Your newly created melt and pour soap is now ready to use!
CAUTION: Melted soap is hot! For ages 15 and older.

COMMENTS: For clear glycerin soaps, I normally get the premium clear base which isn't DF. I decided to try this because of the honey. WOWWWWEEE! This base is amazing! It's not super clear like the premium base but it still is clear enough and more clear than I thought it would be, and just the consistency is beautiful! I love that it doesn't harden as quickly because I use it for a lot of embeds and it gives me time without having to re-heat it. It holds the scent beautifully and it just makes a gorgeous soap period! Love it! Will always use it for my clear based soaps! Oh and I love the bubbles it creates!

COMMENTS: I use Detergent Free Honey Glycerine for all of my clear soap needs. Of course it isn’t 100% clear but it does the trick. It holds colors fantastic and it also adds a slight hint of the honey smell that gives my soaps a slightly different fragrance smell that my customers love. It’s also very easy to work with when cutting up the 10lb box.

"Detergent Free Honey"
COMMENTS: This base gives a warm soft feeling in my soap bars. I love to work with this...it is a little easier to work with in melt and pour than some of the other bases. It accepts warm colors and scents and always has given a very satisfactory finished product.

"FANTASTIC"
COMMENTS: First time trying the DF honey base and I'm in love with it! Not as yellow as what the picture show, has a slight honey smell.
The soap lathers really well too.
I'm going to stick with this honey clear base from now on.

"10 lb Block Honey MP Soap Base"
COMMENTS: I just love this. So easy to work with, wonderful light scent. The color is not as dark as the 2 lb. blocks, which hasn't been a problem for me, as the FO I use tends to darken the soap. It's a must-have for me, and I will order more!

"Honey soap base"
