Product Details

Fruit Punch Red Sparkle Mica Soap Color Bar is a soap bar with concentrated amounts of colored mica powder. Use to color melt and pour soap. In clear soap bases it produces a red color that reminds us of ice-cold fruit punch.

This product conforms to the reporting requirements of California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986). We are conforming to the regulation by reporting the existence, or lack thereof, of ingredients deemed reportable by the above mentioned regulations via a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), in Section 15 "Regulatory Information." Ingredients from Natural Food Sources (NFS) and are exempt from reporting in accordance with Title 27, § 25501(a).

International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI):
Sorbitol, Sodium Cocoate, Propylene Glycol , Sodium Stearate, Water, Glycerin, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide

Directions:

DIRECTIONS: Cut desired amount from the color bar and melt into warm soap base at 130-140ºF. To color your product, start with small amount of color and increase as desired. Adding this color to white soap will produce a pastel colored bar. Adding this color to a clear base will produce a shimmering bright colored bar.

TIPS: Using too much color may cause staining. Test your final product to ensure optimal performance and no staining. Protect work areas and clothing when mixing.

STORAGE: Store in an airtight, cool, dark location. When stored properly, best used within 1 year from date of purchase.

CAUTION: Approved for melt and pour soap. Not approved for general cosmetics, eye and lip products. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

"Great Color"

COMMENTS: Used this product to make cherries to place on top of our bath bomb cupcakes. The color was perfect and the cherries looked real. Was surprised that a little amount of color was needed to produce a perfect end result. I will be ordering more colors soon.

COMMENTS: I purchased this, looking for a red for white based soap. It is much better in clear. In the white base, it is more of a pink, rather than red. But it is very nice and easy to melt.
