Our Gold Sparks Mica is full of mysterious shimmer and light! The Gold Sparks Mica is a soft, pale gold but has an ultra-high shimmer and imparts a dazzle effect. Very shimmery, stunning and sparkly when added to lip balm recipes, lip gloss, lipsticks, mineral makeup blushes, and soap swirls! You can see the shimmery sparks in CP soap.
Gold Sparks Mica is natural shimmer pigment derived from the mineral Muscovite Mica, coated with iron oxide, cosmetic-grade fineness (particle size 10-60 microns). Insoluble, but miscible in liquids. Sold by weight, not volume except for sample packet. For use in melt and pour soap base, see our tutorial: How to Use Mica Colorants in Soap. Properties: Imparts rich color with shimmering and pearlizing luminescence.
