"Approximately how many .15ml scoops are in a 1/2 ounce bag? I am trying to get my recipes more uniform and many recipes have TBSP and TSP and want to get them to be more like the majority of the others you have on the site that I go by. ;)"

Staff Answer There should be about 100 scoops of jojoba beads in a 1/2 oz. bag. Some ingredients weigh so little, we have to use teaspoon measurements since we cannot get a weight on the amount of product we are using.

Staff Answer You can use jojoba beads in a lotion. They are used mainly to add a little color. If you look under the other colors, you will see recipes made with them to get ideas on how they can be used.

Staff Answer In a water-based product, such as the Foaming Sugar Scrub, these will soften and not stay hard. They would not be good for an additional exfoliant.

Staff Answer These are not considered to be natural. Jojoba beads are made from the wax of the jojoba plant and different types of colors are added to them.
