"Good Brandy..."
COMMENTS: Spirit fragrance oils often miss the mark more than other types, as the astringency of 40% alcohol is hard to replicate. This one does it better than most. The stringency of the alcohol is there, and the sweetness of the brandy is too, but they seem to be separate somehow, not working together. Still, this works very well in an ensemble piece as part of a recipe. Blends nicely with Mince Pies or pipe tobacco, for example.
