Product Details

This Lotion Bar Tube filling tray allows you to easily fill 48 - 0.5 oz round lotion bar tubes at once. The silicone is durable and easy to clean! Use this silicone tray to your handmade lotion, lip balm or deodorant tubes quickly and with minimal waste.

Directions:
Flip lotion bar filling tray upside down onto a clean surface. It should be text side down. Insert top of lotion bar tubes (sold separately) into tray. Once all lotion tubes are placed, carefully flip the tray and tubes over and set down on counter. Ensure the tubes remain tightly pushed into the tray. Pour melted lotion onto tray and into tubes. Allow to harden. Use a small metal spatula to scrape excess lotion off of tray (this can be saved, re-melted, and poured again). Remove lotion bar tubes from tray, cap, and label.

"I noticed the diameter of the 0.5 oz lotion bar tube is very close in size to the 0.3 oz paperboard lip balm tubes. Will this work with the 0.3 oz paperboard lip balm tubes? Even if it is a smidge too big, would it still work to hold the paperboard tubes upright together for easier filling? "
