Luster Blue Mica Our beautiful , shimmery and bright Luster Blue Mica is made of pure mica coated with titanium dioxide and ultramarine blue, causing a sparkly blue with lots of glossy silver sparkle. Luster Blue will give your products a deep blue shimmer that will turn heads. A radiant blue color that is a timeless shade. Our micas work amazing alone, or coupled with our other micas. Concentrations to be used vary on the formulation you are trying to make.
