Directions:

MP Soap: Add color to a small amount of liquid glycerin. Mix well. Then add amount desired to melted soap base. Adding more will produce a darker color. You have used too much color if your soap bubbles are not white.

"I'm a little confused on this color being used in Bath Bombs. It says NO for Bathwater & even in the Q&A responses were not to use this in bath bombs, but then under Recipes for this color, it's included in the Succulent Bath Bomb Recipe. So can it be used in bath bombs or other bath products (bubble bath, body wash, salt scrubs) or is it an error that it's in the bath bomb recipe?"

"I am confused about the use of this color in bath bombs. It says it is not ok for bath water. On your website, if you choose “By Use” from the side tab and select “Bath Fizzies” this is an ingredient that comes up for use with bath fizzies. "At which stage would you add this to lotion? I use a great recipe, and generally add the color at the end after I emulsify my oils and water, but this seemed to not mix in and settled at the bottom of my bottles. I don't feel that I add very much so I'm thinking I either didn't mix long enough or should have added at a different step of the recipe?"

"I made some CP soap using Chromium Green Oxide as a colorant and gave some to my sister a ceramics artist. She asked what I used to color it and when I told her she replied "Really? We use that in making clazes and it is highly toxic!" That has scared me away from using it ever since. Is it really safe to use in bath bombs? Especially for kids?"

COMMENTS: This is a very pure pigment that I always use for any shade of green I want. I can mix it with a little black oxide or titanium dioxide to get darker or lighter shades of green but the natural shade of this pigment is spot on for most of my needs. I do mix it with a little oil to incorporate it into my soap mixture more easily without specks.

"So many activities! "

COMMENTS: What an awesomely versatile color!! Depending on usage rate, this pigment powder creates a wide array of different shades of green, and it's so easy to incorporate! I've added it directly to my soap batter before, and have had no problems getting an even disbursement, with zero clumping! The quality is excellent! The common consensus that a little goes a long way is absolutely correct, so it's a very economical colorant to work with as well. Made a batch using wsp's Matcha FO and used green tea & coconut milk for my lye solution. This color blended at 1/2 tsp/PPO with the natural green tea color of the soap batter made the absolute PERFECT "matcha-powder" color throughout the soap, and when doing CPOP, the color came to life! Wholeheartedly recommend this awesome pigment powder and will definitely keep on hand at all times now!

"The matte woodlands green pigment"

COMMENTS: This is a superior product when used in cold process soap. It gives a true (think Christmas) green. This did not bleed into other colors.I have used this product right out of the jar, and pre-mixed, and it never clumps, no matter the way it is used.

"Perfect green in cold process!"

COMMENTS: I have had so many issues with green colors in cold process, until I used this. I love it with the evergreen mica, I use the green pigment to get a good green base and then add the mica to darken the shade and/or to give I shimmer. The evergreen mica is great by itself and is a true green, but by using them together, I don't have to use as much of the mica to get it dark. They are both perfect and I will definitely order them both. Every mica and pigment that I've ordered from WSP has been excellent! They stay true in cp and are very easy to work with.

COMMENTS: This matte pigment is very easy to incorporate into my MP soap bases. It mixes well with other pigments. Most of my pigments have a sparkle to them so this is a nice addition to my green colors. Mixing it with alcohol before dispersing it into the base is very helpful. When adding it to my bath fizzles, a little goes a long way.

COMMENTS: I just used this in a soap I call mountain retreat AKA (White Christmas), but it sells better with a different name, any how I mixed this with some white mica sparkle and then some neon blue in another pot and did a great swirl with white, green and blue. Holds it color exact very easy to work with. I do recommend the mini mixer though as it helps to break up the little pieces. Will definitely order more.

COMMENTS: Its not quite as bright as pictured but its still a nice green. I used it in an Aloe scented bath salt recipe that was an ugly grey due to the clay powder. Used a tiny bit and it turned everything a nice mellow green that matched with the fragrance.

"Love this green"

COMMENTS: I absolutley love this green! A little goes a long way and the resulting green color in CP will depend on how much you use. I find I have more control over the color of my soap using this. I mix a small amount of color with a little oil before adding it to the rest of my soap batter. Perfect!
