Staff Answer We tested this and used Crafters Choice™ European Spa Salt - Medium Grain and it held 16 oz of this salt. So it will vary depending on which Bath Salt you use.

Hi! It depends on the grain of what salts you're using, If you use a fine to medium grain it should hold that much. The thing I love about these bags is you can toss them right into the bath in the bag.
