Staff Answer It fits very snugly into this bag and the drawstring does not close completely.

"Can you tell me if these bags measure exactly 4"x 3" or do they vary greatly? My wedding favor soaps are exactly 3"x 3"! I don't want to order 100 of these to find out they are the wrong size. Thank you!"

If you are measuring soap that is 3x3 and are expecting to put it into a bag that is 4x3, it will not fit. The reason why is because you forgot to measure the sides of the soap. When a bag has to go around an item it has to form 4 sides not just 2. And to answer the question if a 4x3 item flat will fit into the bags, no.
