It contains real wine and honey to create a bar of soap packed with antioxidants! The two-pound tray is the perfect size container for projects making (8) 4 oz. bars of soap. The lid allows for unused soap to easily be stored for future use. This soap has a luxurious big bubble lather.

This product conforms to the reporting requirements of California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986). We are conforming to the regulation by reporting the existence, or lack thereof, of ingredients deemed reportable by the above mentioned regulations via a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), in Section 15 "Regulatory Information." Ingredients from Natural Food Sources (NFS) and are exempt from reporting in accordance with Title 27, § 25501(a).
MELT: Determine amount of melt and pour soap base needed for your project. Carefully slice soap base into small pieces and place in microwave safe container. Heat on low at 30 second intervals. Stir between intervals until liquid. Handle hot soap carefully as it may burn the skin. Soap can also be melted in a double boiler.
MOLD: Stir in cosmetic color, cosmetic scent, and skin safe additives. Pour into a Crafter's Choice mold. Spritz soap surface with rubbing alcohol to remove bubbles. Allow to cool until hard.
ENJOY: Remove from mold and wrap with airtight plastic wrap. Your newly created melt and pour soap is now ready to use!
CAUTION: Melted soap is hot! For ages 15 and older.

COMMENTS: The smell of the soap is amazing, everybody loves it. I love that you don't have to worry about adding scent since it's great as-is. It does seem to need to be heated up more to melt, and sets up faster than the other bases I've used, so you have to work quickly if adding anything before pouring. I just wish it was available as detergent-free.

COMMENTS: After I'd been so happy with your Honey Ale Beer soap base, (everyone LOVED the scent)I decided to try this Apple Honey Ice Wine soap and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Amazing scent. I can't see adding any scent to it and will use it as-is. The only problem I have with this soap is that I need to start ordering it in larger quantities ;)

"Great base"
COMMENTS: I picked this up while it was on sale as a bit of a "hey why not!" and I definitely do not regret it. I made a loaf using this and a pound of goats milk and it smells absolutely WONDERFUL. The addition of the honey and white wine to the base has given it such a lovely scent. If you're looking to purchase this then don't plan on adding a fragrance to it. I do wish it was detergent free though!!
