Directions

Add 10-15% of desired fragrance. Gently mix and pour into diffuser bottle. Add 6-8 reeds for a subtle aroma or if using in a small room. Add 10-12 reed for increased diffusion or if using in a large space. We highly recommend adding a warning label to your finished product. This label should include statements similar to the following: Flammable liquid. Do not light reeds. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place on a flat, stable surface. Oil may cause damage if spilled.

"Used it for reed diffuser. Very strong smell, but once is mixed with fragrance after a couple of hours it starts to give your fragrance a boost in smell. It makes the fragrance really strong, you can no longer smell the base."

Q&A

Can this base be used to make oil drops for plug in diffusers & oil burners?: This base is formulated for use with reed diffusers only and should not be used for plug-in outlet diffusers or oil burners.
There was a question regarding using this base in melt and pour. Answer was yes. My question is,what is the purpose? Does this base enhance the scent in melt and pour soaps?: I apologize, but this base cannot be added to MP base.
I used a FO from another company and it will not blend with the crafters choice reed diffuser which is my favorite reed diffuser base. This particular FO is the only one that won't it settles to the bottom Is there anything I need to add to get the two to blend?: Since this is not one of our fragrances and we can't be certain of its ingredients, we can't guarantee what will help it blend properly. We recommend testing with Polysorbate 20 to see if it works.
What do you suggest for packaging? I cannot find tall enough boxes for your reeds with either a window or that are clear: You can use bags, containers or boxes.
The product description for the Reed Diffuser Base states you can use between 10-15% of desired Fragrance Oil. If I am using an FO with an IFRA (Category 10A) of 5%, should 5% be the maximum amount of FO I use? Or can I safely use up to the 10-15%?: Hi, You would go with the lesser amount as the percentage to use.
