Shrink Band measures 28mm x 70mm and is perforated horizontally along the cap line for easy removal. The shrink band is a sleeve that fits over your lip balm tube - you may shrink it by using either a heat gun or hair dryer on low setting.

	"They do the job...."
COMMENTS: They do the job. Advantages: It keeps the waterproof label clean and dry as well as keeps the contents fresher before opening. Disadvantages: Multiple customers have said that the seal was hard to get off because it had no starter perforation to get to the perforation provided which they said turned into a bunch of tiny pieces of plastic all over.
