"I ordered these because it was recommended for the .5oz lip balm tubes. I'm assuming the perforated part goes vertical down the side of the tube? If that is the case it seems WAY too wide for the tube and it's also too short for how tall the tube is. How exactly do you shrink wrap the .5 oz tubes with these? Thank you!"

"I have tried using this shrink wrap on the 4 oz Clear Heavy Wall Plastic Jar. It keeps ripping at the seam and has a snug fit before i use my heat gun. What is going wrong here? This is the shrink wrap which is suggested with this type of jar. Thanks!"

	"Doesn't fit properly"
COMMENTS: I talked to someone about the size of this shrink band because the size jars it says it fits is quite broad. He said it should work fine. He was wrong. My jars are 2 inches in diameter. I can just barely manage to get it shrunk down enough provided I take my time and stay several inches away from the jar itself. Even then it still has a few wrinkles in it.

COMMENTS: I use a large variety of sizes of shrink wrap bands and would not think of selling my products without them. They not only keep the product fresher but also keep it safe from contaminants (and from potential customers opening the product). It also provides the product with a professional appearance and lets your customer know you are concerned for their safety and have taken extra precautions. I have found that it works better for me to use a shrink band that is the next size up from the one recommended - helps me get them around the jar/bottle easier. I also use them to protect my labels as I sell outside at a farmer's market and the humidity and/or rain can cause the labels to crinkle, etc.; also keeps the container from getting dirty - you can wipe them down if you need to.

COMMENTS: Use these shrink wrap bands to seal the screw lids on my small jars of body butters. Love them! Easy to use, work well with low heat. I love that they have the perforated strip that will make opening the packaging easy for my customers. The only thing that isn't perfect, is sometimes the plastic curls or warps a bit, but for the most part they look very clean and professional.

"Great Presentation"

COMMENTS: If I have my sizes straight, this is the size I use for the 4 ounce jar with 70mm lid. It fits snugly and is a little short - it ends halfway down the jar with just a little overhang on the lid. This product is great and the finished result - when done correctly - is very professional. I love the size for the low profile 8 ounce jar with 89mm lid - absolute perfection! The size recommended for the 70mm jar is a little too snug and requires too much effort to get onto the jar. I am going to try a slightly larger size to see if it will work without sagging.
