Apply this springtime fragrance balm to wrists for a light florally perfume.

Enjoy the light fragrance of of lemon, mandarin and cotton blossom with nuances of ylang-ylang and rose with this fragrance balm. Apply to wrists as often as desired to add some fragrance to yourself. Be sure to label these properly. We recommend adding a warning statement on the label stating this is not a lip balm and should not be used on lips.
