COMMENTS: This smells very earthy. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew I liked using thyme to cook with and there are numerous health benefits, so I gave it a try. It is very strong and very earthy. Just adding a touch for the benefits works good - but you have to be careful on how much you add
