The rich and smooth aroma of fresh vanilla beans.

Cold Process Soap Test Results:

We test fragrances with the recipe of 50% olive oil, 20% sunflower oil,
15% coconut 76, 10% shea butter, 5% castor. No water discount.

	"Not what I expected "
COMMENTS: I bought this for my handmade body butter. I was definitely thrown off by this vanilla bean scent and never even used it at all, not even a drop. It doesn’t smell like vanilla bean at all to me. I’m still a Crafters Choice fan but y’all should really work on redoing that fragrance. I ended up reselling that fragrance to a candle maker I know.

"Not vanilla"

COMMENTS: Very disappointed in this scent. I don't smell vanilla at all, just a funky smell with maybe a bit of coconut.

COMMENTS: Super disappointed in this. I thought it would smell similar to bath and body’s vanilla bean fragrance but I was so wrong. This smells like Black licorice, medicine and aged candy. Ewww I hate it. If you’re looking for a soft sweet musky vanilla this is not it

	"Tobacco like scent"
COMMENTS: Not pleased. Smells heavily of tobacco. As a 20+ year since I've lit one up former smoker, I'm sensitive (negativity) to tobacco fragrances. Waiting for this to mellow out as others had mentioned it did. Wish I could get the money and time waiting for it to arrive back. Used in cold processed soap. Coror changed as expected.

"Did not smell like Vanilla"

COMMENTS: Wanted a rich Vanilla Bean smell and this was not it. Was making solid perfume and it turned out smelling more like beeswax then Vanilla bean.

"Name and description spot on"

COMMENTS: Smells as can be expected from the name and description. Does not smell like cookies or sugary like some other vanilla fragrances, accurately captures vanilla bean smell however it's a little earthy. Great for mixing with other fragrances to create depth.

COMMENTS: What an awesome scent! My family and friends love this scent. It has a true vanilla fragrance that does well in cold process soap. There is no acceleration or ricing. The fragrance turns the soap brown, which works well considering vanilla flavoring is brown.

	"Smells like a Yankee candle"
COMMENTS: It's a good smell fragrance but it doesn't smell like a real vanilla. It smells excatly like a vanilla candle. It works fine for like soaps that you want to smell like a bakery item. But won't be a appropriate vanilla for add-on scent for a luxury soap.

COMMENTS: A little bitter at first, but once it's mixed and settled in the soap base the scent changes so it's not so bitter nor is it overly sweet.

COMMENTS: This vanilla works where the creamy sweet vanillas won't. It's great for blending and adds just the right amount of vanilla depth without the sweetness. I've never used it alone so don't know how it would work. I use the scent blends in m&p soap and in bath products.
