Staff Answer The bags are made of low-density polyethylene and PET plastic. You would need to check with your local recycling center to see if they will accept this type of product.

"Hi, I used this bag to hold bath bombs. After i heat sealed the bags, the bags inflated slightly overnight. What can I do next time to prevent that inflation? Thank you. "

Staff Answer This is caused by the gases building up from the ingredients in the bath bombs. Simply make a small pinhole in the bag after shrinking and this should alleviate the problem.

Staff Answer They would hold 2 depending on the thickness of the bags. You may be able to squeeze a third bag in if not too thick.

"I see as mentioned in a previous question that this bag can hold 14oz of fine grain salts. What about if I’m using larger additives say like the bath teas or other flowers and such. What would be the approximate capacity size/weight at that point?"

Staff Answer Since these ingredients can have larger or smaller grains or pieces, it is hard to know how much these pouches would hold. You will have to test these with your particular ingredient to see how much they will hold.

Staff Answer Our packaging is strictly used for cosmetic purposes but we do have people that package their dried herbs, teas, etc. in these bags. You would need to test them with your product.
