M&P SOAP: Yes. Start with 1-2 drops per bar of soap. Increase as desired for darker color. Will result in muted meadowfoam blue in white M&P due to titanium dioxide.
CP SOAP: Not sapphire. Initially turned burgundy/cherry, then CP Gelled into Violet Purple.
SOAP PAINTS: Color acts as a stain and sinks into the bar when used as a paint. Pour a few drops in a small container & "paint" desired design on your soap with paint brush. Let dry between colors to prevent bleeding.
